MATTIAS BERGLUND
Captain & Founder
Your Swedish captain Mattias has been sailing ever since he was a young boy and has always been very passionate about boats and the ocean.
In 2010, together with his wife Lena, he sailed from Sweden to Australia - a magical two year long adventure. He has now sailed across the Atlantic sea twice and the Pacific ocean once
Mattias has a Master of yacht 200 GT certificate, a VHF certificate , basic safety manila certificate and over 15 years of experience sailing.
After 4 years sailing as a yacht captain in Greece, Mattias has a very good understating of the area and culture.
Mattias speaks English and Swedish English.
VASILIS MARINOPOULOS
Εxecutive Chef and Steward
Your Greek chef Vasilis has been sailing and working for many years in Greece and abroad During the winter he is teaching other chefs as a cooking professor in Athens.
Vasilis is a qualified chef and a culinary expert with a passion for creative dishes. He has graduated from the cooking & hospitality institute of Chicago 2003. His objects of study were Art cooking technique with specialization in cutting and preparation of meat and fish. He is also a cooking professor at Iek Akmi in Athens and holding certificates of Gastronomy essentials and Healthy cuisine. He has worked in various restaurants and joined yachting in 2014 on crewed sailing catamarans and motor yachts. Vasilis valuable experience in serving and his polite and caring personality along with his positive attitude will make all his guests feel like home! He speaks Greek and English
